Suncoast SportsFest Registration Form

Please register for the Suncoast SportsFest by filling out the following form and be sure to stop by the registration desk at the Florida State Fairgrounds to pick up your "gift bag" with your FREE ticket to our VIP Beach Themed party on Saturday night at the Crowne Plaza Hotel, 10221 Princess Palm Ave, Tampa, Florida (click here for more information).  Don't forget to bring your filled "Dime Card" to the party to support our efforts to raise donations for the March of Dimes (click here for "Dime Card")!
